Peter Gilbourne
Peter is a Director of Affinity.For over 20 years Peter has been a leading figure within the mortgage intermediary industry and was a co-founder of the Association of Expert Mortgage Advisors. He brings a history and wealth of top class customer mortgage and protection advice to our clients.
Peter holds a bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies and is an Approved Product Advisor (APA) in Life Assurance, Loans, Savings & Investments and Pensions.

Trevor Grant
Trevor is a Director of Affinity.Having worked for over 20 years within the industry Trevor holds a wealth of experience in the financial services industry and throughout his career has held a number of senior and market leading positions. He is a co-founder and current Chairman of the Association of Expert Mortgage Advisors.
He is an honours graduate of University College Dublin and The Dublin Institute of Technology. He is also a Qualified Financial Advisor and Personal Insolvency Practitioner.
Carol Gaskin – Senior Financial Advisor
Carol works as a Senior Financial advisor in Affinity.Having worked in the mortgage industry for the past 18 years, her primary focus is on giving her clients a bespoke customer service whilst developing long term working relationships with her customers and the Mortgage lenders in the Irish market. Practical advice and a friendly, professional approach has been the key to her successful track record in achieving positive financial outcomes for her clients.
She is an Approved Product Advisor (APA) in Mortgages, Life Assurance, Pensions & Investments. She also holds a degree in Marketing.
Graham Maguire – New Business Manager
Graham is responsible for New Business administration in Affinity.Having worked for over 18 years in financial services, Graham brings a wealth of experience to our team, particularly in the area of mortgage assessment and underwriting having previously held such positions with a First Active plc and two of Irelands leading mortgage brokerages. Graham’s exceptional market knowledge and professional manner has allowed him develop strong working relationships with the full panel of mortgage Lenders whilst achieving market leading approval rates for our customers.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Accounting from the University of Limerick and holds a Certificate of Mortgage Practice from the Institute of Banking. He is also an Approved Product Advisor (APA) in Savings & Investments, Life Assurance, Loans, and Pensions.
Brian Smith – Finance Consultant
Brian is the latest addition to the Affinity Team.With more than 20 years of experience in the Mortgage Intermediary & Property Industries, Brian is prepared to manage even the most complicated mortgage request for buyers in his role as a Senior Mortgage Advisor. Combining his passion for the residential property market, Brian works closely with his clients to guide and help them through the entire mortgage process, from initial enquiry to closing.
Bettyann Keogh – Compliance Officer
Bettyann is responsible for managing Affinity's compliance function.Having held the position of Compliance Officer in a number of Irelands leading mortgage & protection brokerages over the past 15 years Bettyann brings a wealth of practical experience to her role, protecting both the business and our customers.
She is an Honours Graduate of the University of Limerick, an Approved product Advisor (APA) in Life Assurance, Loans and Pensions and holds the Professional Certificate in Residential Mortgage Arrears. She is a current member of the LIA and the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland.
